Debra Russell, a certified business coach, workshop leader and keynote speaker, and a Master Certified Practitioner of Ericksonian Hypnosis and NLP, works with professional athletes to help shape their success as the CEO of their career.
As a speaker and professional development trainer, Ms. Russell (or Coach Debra as her clients call her) has developed several innovative programs that she has presented at Universities, trade shows and conferences, and for private organizations in the US, Europe and Australia.
In addition, Debra has developed curriculum for the University of Florida, Masters in Sport Business as a “Subject Matter Expert”.
Learning from her mother, a CPA, Debra discovered how to budget and how businesses work from the early age of 11. From her father, who held a PhD in Experimental Psychology, she was gifted with an intuitive insight into human behavior. And with a BFA in Theater from Syracuse University, she is at ease in front of a room.
Debra accesses all of these resources as well as a solid knowledge in business and life skills to create thought provoking and entertaining programs that deliver solid, actionable content.
Most speakers who deliver lectures on leadership do just that – lecture. Debra embraced the theme of our Leadership Symposium by stepping out of that box; her entire presentation was instead founded on the ideas of her audience. In that way, her lessons became a truly engaging discussion on creativity, boldness, and confidence. Listening to her present, I was very intrigued by her challenge to us: do something new each day. It’s something that’s stuck with me ever since that day.

What an amazing online session on Niche Marketing! Debra Russell was such a great and engaging presenter. Our IVMF Vetrepreneur graduates had all good things to say about her session!
